OUR STORY

Caden Clay graduated from Prosper High School in 2023 where he was a dedicated, hard-working member of the football team, active in FFA, part of Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and a member of National Honor Society. His participation in these organizations, along with a plethora of sports throughout his life, helped to strengthen his character and provided many life lessons along the way.

Caden found great value in serving others and did so in many capacities. He volunteered in numerous areas at church, was the secretary of the nonprofit Kids Prosper Kids, served with the Prosper Rotary Club, gave of his time to help a multitude of neighbors, volunteered at many food pantries, and was always willing to lend an ear to anyone who needed a friend. 

In the fall of 2023, Caden began his college career at The University of Alabama majoring in Sports Management, where he was thrilled to be a part of the infamous Alabama football program as an equipment manager. His emphasis on building relationships coupled with his love for football, made this a perfect fit. During his time there, he created many meaningful relationships and left his mark on the program.  ROLL TIDE!!

Throughout his life, he was guided by his faith in Jesus. He saw sports as an avenue to give back to younger athletes as a mentor, build relationships with coaches and peers, and share his love of the Lord. He seized opportunities to make others feel valued and heard and was not hesitant to stand up for what's right. 

Caden met Jesus while heading back to Alabama from Prosper on May 28, 2024. His family and friends felt determined to find purpose in their pain and continue the great works the Lord began in Caden. Therefore, Caden's Warriors is a culmination of three things Caden was incredibly passionate about:  faith, service, and sports. It is our sincere hope that this foundation will allow Caden's legacy to be preserved while serving and loving our neighbors. (Mark 12:31)
